December Meeting Canceled!!!!

This is a friendly reminder that the Centre County Real Estate Investmet Club will NOT be meeting for the month of December.

Due to the holiday's we are canceling the meeting and will resume in January will all new speakers, stories, and ways to make more money in 2011. Please take this time to enjoy the holiday's with people you care for and love.

And remember the Centre County Real Estate Investment Club is open to all new and experienced investors. So please take the time to let others know this holiday season on how they can be successful in real estate too.

November’s speaker will be Lisa Peters with Epic Settlement Services, Inc. Lisa will be covering the topic foreclosure title searches and 1031 exchanges.

He applied this knowledge professionally for Merrill Lynch, where he received experience in portfolio and cash management for businesses and real estate development companies before he joined Keystone Real Estate Group, L.P.He represents our clients' properties at the International Council for Shopping Centers' Spring Convention and is currently active with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute as a Certified Commercial Investment Member Candidate.
