The Centre County Real Estate Investment Club would like to welcome Tim Knisely is the Senior Fire Inspector for the Centre Region Code Administration in State College, PA.Tim has been employed by the Centre Region for 15 years. In this position Tim manages the Existing Structures division that is responsible for conducting inspections in all existing commercial and rental properties in five of the six Centre Region municipalities. The division also coordinates the life safety education for the region. Tim has an extensive background in emergency services and works with a number of state and national code and fire organizations. Locally, he serves as a volunteer firefighter with the Alpha Fire Company in State College.
